When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, country of residence, business type and any details you share) as well as basic analytics data (see cookies below).

We use your data to respond to your request, provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — with your consent — to measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

With your consent, we use analytics and advertising cookies (e.g. Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand traffic and measure conversions. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and analytics/advertising storage stays disabled until you consent.

Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly, which processes the data you enter to schedule your appointment, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via your-bulgarian-accountant.com.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by Bulgarian law (for example, accounting-record retention obligations).
