We provide company formation, bank-account assistance, registered address / domiciliation and accounting services in Bulgaria for international clients. The exact scope, deliverables and fees of any engagement are confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement before work begins.

The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. It is provided for general orientation and does not by itself create a client engagement or constitute tax or legal advice for your specific situation.

Fees are agreed in advance and communicated in full before any engagement. Ongoing services (such as monthly accounting) are billed as set out in your service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. Timelines for company registration and bank-account opening depend on the Bulgarian authorities and banks and cannot be guaranteed.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for decisions of third parties (banks, the Commercial Register, tax authorities, payment providers) that are outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
